Recently, I have been surfing on the internet a lot and I came up with a post which was very demeaning for the students of Pakistan. An average graduate student should make a good amount of money so that he can bear his expense very easily plus can do some amount of saving if he wants to pursue further studies. The industry should release that they are paying students peanuts to do big tasks. They should be ashamed by saying that “if you are not capable, you can leave, we have ample graduates who are waiting in line to replace you”. 
We all know that the job market is saturated, it does not allow these big corporates to exploit these students by paying them a lower threshold. Students are very much capable if they are given proper guidance by experienced personalities.

The survey in the above-mentioned, the picture shows that 78% of the employers are dissatisfied with the quality of fresh students.  The quality is bad because you make them work as slaves and give them their pay after 2-3 months. Why they should work for you if you are not taking care of your employees. 



The employee model of Richard Branson should be learned and adopted by these corporations and “SAITS” the individual business owner. He states that “I take care of my employees and my employees take care of my business” If your employee is satisfied, he will construct your business like he is building his own house where he wants to stay. University teaching tells you about what might be the problem and how can you possibly solve these problems. They help you to develop your personality and how to communicate. They teach you how to think and think out of the box. That’s it, that is the core responsibility of a University. 

Furthermore, it is the responsibility of the Corporate or the business sector to make them learn how to do work, practically. But bit shameful, the “SAIT SYSTEM” the individual business owner, has exploited these students to work over-time and the pay is shit. 

This article is not only for the Corporate sector or the SAITS, but it is also for the students as well. Know your worth and then put your demand on the table. STOP!! putting a label that I studied from “This University or that university” won’t make you Bill Gates or Mukesh Ambani. Invest in yourself so that these corporates can identify you.
